Lizardstorm is planned and executed as a vertical slice prototype. As the native lizard warrior Narmer you fight back against the mechanical drone invaders with his martial art skills and powerful telekinesis abilities to save the planet.
The game design, level design, concept art and programming parts of the interface were my main task during the development. As a result I created the game design documents, mock-ups for the environment, mood boards, concepts for the player character and the concepts for the level design. Another big part of my work was the creation of the ambient music and the sound FXs with over 200 different sound files.
I learned many new tools and gained new skill sets to create a short prototype on multidisciplinary areas of the game development. I also learned how to adapt to a new pipeline, teach yourself tools and methods. The project refined my soft skills like to manage and organize the project and its tasks.
Special thanks to my friends and team mates in this project.
